REVIEW | The Wet Brush - Is it the best hairbrush ever?

With so many de-tangling hairbrushes on the market it can often be difficult to decide which one to pick. I have ridiculously long natural hair that despite being kinda thin it always get really knotty. There is massive hype online about The Wet Brush so does it live up to the hype?

I was recently sent one to try with a gorgeous turquoise blue, almost oriental design on it. I was over the moon for one big reason - I have been using the same one for the past three years. Now don't get me wrong that one is still in perfect, working condition but it's always nice to have a backup. I literally have a mini meltdown if I go to brush my hair and can't find my Wet Brush!!

So what makes it different to other detangling hairbrushes? The Wet Brush is the only detangling brush that uses Intelliflex® bristles that bend around and over knots to work them out without breaking or pulling your hair. It can be used on wet or dry hair and is safe to use on all types of hair including wigs and extensions. After I had my son my hair just wasn't the same. It was brittle, weak and falling out! It was quite an upsetting time but the only brush I will use on my hair is The Wet Brush. Between it's floating cushion and gentle, flexible bristles it makes brushing and styling 100 times easier. It is just so gentle to use I even brush my little man's hair with it.

The Wet Brush is available in loads of different colours and designs. There is even folding ones for your handbag and smaller ones for babies. The Wet Brush are available on Beauty Bay.
